Adam Yeates

Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist

Adam begun his Physiotherapy career following completing from his Masters of Physiotherapy at Curtin University. Previously he obtained his Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science in 2010, and Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology from Notre Dame University in 2011. Adam has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.

Adam previously been a WAIS Water polo Athlete and competed at local, national and international levels over 10 years. This is where his love for all thing’s health, performance and rehabilitation began.

Since then, has had great success providing long term results in the management musculoskeletal injury by combining his skills in manual therapy, meaningful goal setting, exercise-based rehabilitation and has extensive experience in the realm of strength training.

Adam has progressed his skill set by completing several continuing education courses, including his dry needling qualification, the GLA:D Osteoarthritis program, being an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms, and many others relating to athletic performance, pain management and rehabilitation.

Outside of work Adam enjoys swimming, powerlifting, and being an absolutely terrible Chess player.
