Phoebe is our new vibrant Pilates Instructor who completed her Diploma of Clinical Pilates at the Pilates Fitness Institute. Phoebe is also currently studying a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Notre Dame.
Phoebe developed her love and appreciation for Pilates owing to injuries she sustained through the many sports and recreation activities she enjoys, including netball, cricket, football and horse riding.
Phoebe discovered that Pilates could enhance her rehabilitation and gained a deeper understanding of the overall health benefits it provided all ages and abilities.
Owing to her extensive education in the modality, Phoebe can lead classes or individual sessions in both mat work and reformer-based workouts. She can also assist with creating programs to benefit individuals during pregnancy, throughout injury rehabilitation or for those looking to improve their overall strength and stability.
Phoebe has worked as a Pilates Instructor at Forte for five months and has also used her expertise at other institutions such as Striker Indoor Sports and with the Subiaco Football Club where she is a leading Sports Trainer.
